The Trio – 15 min workout

This 15 minute workout combines three old-school moves – the “Burpee”, “Jumping Jack” and “Plank March”. It is a simple do-anywhere circuit which will help burn some body fat and condition you. Can be done with a partner and you can do it together or the ‘You-go-I-go’ method (You do the exercise while your partner rests and vice versa). If you are doing it alone, just follow the guidelines on the workout.
