This landmine 4-day split workout is ideal if you can invest the effort and dedication to train 4 days per week. You can build size and strength with this workout program. All you need is a simple Landmine Setup. Put in the effort and you will be amazed at what you can achieve with a single Barbell and some plates vs a gym full of fancy machines. Of course, you may substitute with Dumbbells, Kettlebells Or Resistance Bands where appropriate. If you are still not ready to commit to a 4 day per week workout, you can try our two day Landmine workout.
