The Solo – Single exercise workout

This single exercise workout re-introduces one of the most old-school conditioning moves, the jumping jack. It is low impact (safe on the joints) and can be done anywhere. You can do it on its own, combine it with other bodyweight exercises, do it between sets of your strength training (if you are advanced enough). It should never have gone out of fashion!
