This 20 minute Bodyweight Workout is a quadruple combo of exercises that will boost calorie burn and help with conditioning. These exercises are not randomly selected but done with a purpose.

You need to continually get up and get back down on the floor when transitioning from exercise to exercise. This expends a lot of energy, keeps and builds mobility and is very underrated. Coach extraordinaire Dan John tells it nicely, “One of the best fat loss tools is at your feet, the floor”.
