The Dual – Two Exercise Workout

Two exercise workout (as the title implies) combines two effective, do-anywhere bodyweight movements into a simple workout that you can do on its own (do more rounds) or as finisher or add on to your existing strength or muscle building program. The two moves are the Jumping Jack and Mountain Climber. They complement each other well.

In this two exercise workout the mountain climber is the harder move and kicks your calorie burning into high gear. Then it’s followed by the easier jumping jack which is almost a rest while still keeping your heart rate and calorie burning elevated. This way you can keep going for longer than if you did mountain climbers alone and burn more calories.

Progression: 

It is important that you always progress your workouts. In this case, try to reduce rest times and perform more rounds within a set time period.
